Day 1 - Arrival in Uganda

Arrival at Entebbe Airport. Pick up and transfer to your accommodation for a much needed rest. It is possible to visit the beautiful Entebbe Botanical gardens if time allows.
Birds, flowers, Monkeys, butterflies, trees, Lake Victoria and more birds are the highlights of these beautiful gardens. The perfect sneak peak of the pearl of Africa.

Day 2 - Flight To Kidepo Valley

We transfer back to Entebbe airport for your flight to Kidepo Valley. Relax at the lodge and later go for an evening game drive
Kidepo Valley National Park is one of the best national parks in Uganda with high chances to see lions, leopards, elephants, giraffes and large numbers of buffalo. Kidepo is also home to the Somali Ostrich.

Day 3 - Morning safari Kidepo National Park and afternoon cultural visit

We go for an early morning game drive. In the afternoon, we visit a Karamajong village for a unique cultural visit. Later in the evening, we relax by the fire place.

The Karamajong are a fierce tribe that evaded the British colonial system and as a result marked wild and unfriendly. On the contrary you will experience a rich culture preserved over centuries devoid of civilization and a people living in harmony with nature

Day 4 - Early morning Safari Kidepo National Park and game drive Murchison Falls.

Have an Early morning game drive in the Kidepo valley and later we take a flight to Murchison Falls national park. Have an evening game drive in the park.

Murchison Falls is one of the most beautiful national parks of Uganda. One of the main attractions is the Nile, with the spectacular Murchison Falls, where the whole Nile is forced through a narrow gorge and falls 60 meters. Expect to see elephants, giraffes, lions, hippos, crocodiles, buffaloes and maybe leopards.

Day 5 - Murchison Falls National Park

We have a sunrise hot air balloon safari / morning game drive complete with a bush breakfast. Later we take a boat to the bottom of the falls.
This launch cruise is the perfect platform to see and photograph many different bird species.

Day 6 - Chimpanzee tracking in Budongo Forest.

Chimpanzee tracking in Budongo Forest. Later we relax at the lodge or have an afternoon game drive.
Budongo Forest reserve offers an extremely rich biodiversity including 24 species of small mammals, 9 species of primates and 280 butterflies. It is also the natural habitat of more than 600 chimpanzees, of which a small community has been habituated for eco-tourism.

Day 7 - Morning game drive Murchison Falls National Park.

Early morning game drive and later we take a flight to Kasese near Kibale Forest National park. Pick up and transfer to your accommodation. Make a walk around the lodge with possibilities of spotting monkeys and different bird species.

Kibale Forest is a spectacular jungle, with 13 primate species! Including chimps, baboons, black and white colobus, red colobus, grey cheeked mangabey and L’Hoest monkey.

Day 8 - Chimp tracking Kibale Forest

Chimpanzee tracking/ Full day chimpanzee habituation experience.
In the afternoon we take a walk through the Bigodi wetland sanctuary home to the beautiful Blue Turaco.

Day 9 - Drive to Queen Elizabeth Park.

In the morning we dive to the park named Queen Elizabeth with a stopover at the equator for the equator experiment and photos. Later we have an afternoon game drive in the park.
Queen Elizabeth National Park is one of the best places in Uganda to see lions. Expect to see elephants, lions, many hippos, crocodiles, buffaloes and maybe leopards.

Day 10 - Safari Queen Elizabeth Park

Early morning game drive in the park. In the afternoon we go for a boat trip on the Kazinga channel.
The Kazinga Channel is one of the highlights of Uganda and has the highest concentration of hippos in the world.

Day 11 - Visit Kyambura Gorge’s atmospheric rainforest.

In the morning, we go for Chimpanzee tracking in the Kyambura gorge. In the afternoon, It is possible to go for a forest walk in the maramagambo forest.
The Kyambura Gorge experience is more than discovering chimpanzees in their natural environment: it teaches visitors about the ecosystems of Kyambura Gorge’s atmospheric “underground” rainforest, including vegetation types; bird identification and behavior; and chimp and monkey ecology.

Day 12 - Safari Queen Elizabeth park and Ishasha

Early morning game drive. After breakfast we transfer to Ishasha, the southern sector of queen Elizabeth national park. Game drive in the afternoon in search of tree climbing lions.
In Ishasha there are 4 prides of lions that climb the trees. Unique in the world! The other attraction of Ishasha are the Topis, not found anywhere else in this National Park

Day 13 - Drive to Lake Bunyonyi

Today, we drive to Lake Bunyonyi, the deepest lake in Uganda near Bwindi Forest. You will see breathtaking sceneries and villages en route.
Bwindi Impenetrable is a unique jungle, with many monkey species. Bwindi is one of the 2 places in the world where you can find Mountain Gorillas!

Day 14 - Gorilla Tracking!!

Today is the day we go for Gorilla Tracking!!

Early morning departure with your ranger to search for one of the world’s most interesting and endangered animal, the Mountain Gorilla! You will spend one hour with one of our closest relatives. An experience you will never forget.

Day 15 - Relax by the lakeside of Lake Bunyonyi

Relax by the lakeside. You can go swimming in the lake, canoeing or visit one of the nearby communities. You can also visit one of the Children community schools to understand how they are nurtured.

Day 16 - Safari Lake Mburo National Park

Today we drive to Ankole’s popular Mburo national park. Have a lazy game drive in the afternoon. In the evening we make a night game drive with high chances of seeing leopards.
Lake Mburo is one of the 2 national parks with zebras and the only national park with impalas in Uganda. There are no elephants and lions, so walking safaris are possible.

Day 17 - Game drive/walk Lake Mburo National Park

Early morning game drive/game walk. We drive by Igongo cultural center for an insight on the Ankole culture. Later we drive to Jinja for overnight
Jinja is popularly known as adventure city but perhaps its most popular gem is the fact that it is home to the source of the River Nile which is the longest river in the whole world cascading through Northern Uganda to Egypt pouring its waters into the Red sea.

Day 18 - White water rafting Jinja

White water rafting, a visit to the source of the Nile, Bungee jumping, zip lining over Mabira forest, Quad Biking, horse riding. (One activity included).
We have a meal/sundowner at bird by the window for a taste of authentic Uganda cuisine.

Day 19 - Departure
Today we dive to Entebbe airport for your departure flight. And if you missed the botanical gardens on Day One, now is your chance to visit them only if time allows.
